This looks like a really cool book! I have both of Brian's books and spoke to him briefly at SES06 NY a couple of days ago.

I've tried to distill the Eisenberg's ideas both for my own SEO clients and for use at IBM, where i'm a Web Metrics Analyst. It's much easier to do on a smaller scale than large site.

BTW, I liked the writeups on Customer Loyalty you had a couple of weeks ago. I will definately buy a copy or two of the new book (He just mentioned a new book but did not say anything about it).
